All good ideas. I've seeded proposal pages for each of these three ideas in the board docs, as I think they're pretty close.

All three will require a "voting statement" made before we can vote (basically, turn the premise into a Yes/No question), as well as specifying any particulars like (estimated) costs, procedures, etc.
Tav, would you mind drafting up the three items above? I think you can commit directly to the board-docs bzr tree, if not let me know. I'll be available for proof-reading and copyediting as well.
Once they're ready, let me know and I'll run a vote.

- Bug tracking recognition
We have just discussed books for developers, which not only should help the level of code in Inkscape but also can be seen as a token reward for our most active developers. I really would like to do something to recognize how much ~suv had contributed to Inkscape through her work on keeping our bug-tracker in order (and answering questions on IRC).
This one I think is totally cool, but needs to be more specifically defined before it's votable.
