I think not but dont find a free SIM provider with this name. Anyway we need to be sure we can catch the phone number in the future.

This SIM can be hanled by one board member and dont need to accept calls but SMS. About the tablet is only because is more manegable than a phone to write.
For this thing, maybe a free trello account would be enough?
