Made the switch, and updated the wiki to reflect that (it now tells you to copy the file if you have an older version).

I noticed that with the latest TDM MingW libgomp-1.dll isn't in the location where build.xml expects it. But I'm not sure in what version this change (I assume it changed) was made, nor which versions of MingW other developers are using.
