How does this plan sound? Has anything been missed?
As a translator, it sounds perfect to me, but i'm missing one thing :
a status on the documents shipped with inkscape (mouse/keyboard
shortcuts, tutorials, man pages...).
In fact, as for those docs, the sooner they are updated frozen, the
easier it is to translate them before 0.44.
