Here I get | grep root config.h | #define INKSCAPE_DATADIR "${datarootdir}" | #define PACKAGE_LOCALE_DIR "${datarootdir}/locale" but datarootdir should be expanded AFAIKS. My guess ist that we both use the version of autoconf ATM, but...
