I'm preparing a draft of the UI team Designer document with suggested objectives and workflow and will share it here to be reviewed so we can work on the manifesto. Sorry, I realise I didn't quite answer the question properly: UI team is currently responsible for Inkscape UI only, not the website.

Not at the moment. Our focus is on providing the development branch with UI design plans and related documents for Inkscape. This will constitute a great deal work and discussion and I think our focus should be on providing a better user experience for the application itself at this point.

Website work is quite graphical overall, please continue to participate in the inkscape-web branches/bug-tracker for the website stuff.

You can use the website for that too, there's a pastebin. But the wiki is also a good place. We want to have a record of these things so either one is good. An external app is more likely to get lost.

Thanks for your hard work. The Gallery changes we want are in progress too. So I'll present the website soon maybe in a video for review (I expect changes as we develop the workflow).
