My username is being changed from "NeoPhyte_Rep" to "NeoPhyte Rep" as I log into the wiki (the underscore becomes a blank). Hence, I can't log in.
Has there been some change that would cause this to happen?

We have now repeated reports of login failure for the wiki: http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.graphics.inkscape.user/14347 https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/880934 and while my login test earlier today worked, now it fails for me too.
At the same time spam keeps coming in (including the creation of new accounts for that): http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php?title=Special:RecentChanges&days=30&limit=500
Who does have admin privileges for the wiki and would be willing to look into this recent login problem?
Addressing the spam issue would be of high priority too (IMHO): http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.graphics.inkscape.devel/36445

The reason I was wanting to login was to try tidy up a bunch of the spam.

Just for your information and in case support is needed, I can help with wiki administration. I have yet no experience with the php config files although I have a lot of experience with other aspects on wikipedia (in wiki terminology: I have been or I am sysop, bureaucrat and checkuser).
Looking on recent changes, it seems like there is need for a good checkuser to see what needs to be done/fixed/blocked on the long term.

Seems there is a problem with the inkscape skin on the wiki. Could not login with firefox. I could login with explorer 9, which gave me an error (something named stylepath is not defined). When changing the skin to my preferred monobook everything is running smooth.
