[Inkscape-translator] Response about arabic pronounciation

Dear Maren,

I bielieve it is better to keep it "Inkscape" rather than translating to arabic, we can change it in case of display difficulties later, it's not an essential part.

I'll submit a first po as soon as possible :D .
