Hi,
I've started to translate Inkscape into Croatian. Huge help from Serbian translation which I'm now modifying with ease :-) I have used WinMerge to copy translations from one file to the other. Are there any reasons against this?

I guess no. Regarding Croatian translations, you may want to get in contact with the previous translators (see the PO file's header for names) just to check if they are still involved.
