Links in footer of news Inkscape 0.92.1 Now Available redirect to home page
Hi dear translators,
I was browsing through the latest site updates and saw that the footer links are not pointing to the correct page in the news https://inkscape.org/en/news/2017/02/17/inkscape-0921-now-available/. I verified this problem in the English version, I did not see in another translations. Any link redirect to home page.

But I know that Martin has removed some cookie-based language redirects, perhaps your issue is related somehow...
The links in the English news were made in a way that they would not require translation. So if a user clicks on them while viewing the news in the French version of the website, if there exists no French translation (unlikely, I know ;-) - then the user would be redirected to the page in their own language - but I think this functionality was broken by Martin's change (which had a valid reason, though...).
If you have muliple browsers installed, can you visit the page with a browser you don't normally use to visit it? Perhaps remove cookies for inkscape.org before you do?
If that doesn't help, we may need a bug report, so we can discuss with Martin.

I had tested on other browsers and cleaned the history and cache, but as it was simple thing I decided to correct shortly after sending the email. And I think it's still a trace of the problem in the translation of the English page I caused last week.

What have you done to correct? (I cannot see what changed, unfortunately)
If it was caused by the loss of the English news, then it's also my fault for not checking everything well, after pasting.

Really, Eduard is right, I copied and pasted the address, there was only a bar in the url. But as I said, I fixed it right after sending the email, and the email itself make unnecessary. Sorry for taking the discussion further than necessary. No more problem, the news is fine =].
