I am here to ask wich person did the Portuguese translation of the website. There is kind of strange translation I didn't know if it is Portuguese from Portugal. I am brazilian and would like to contribute with this translation.

Thanks! It'll be great to have help with website translations. Have you joined the inkscape-translator@ mailing list? That would be the most appropriate place to ask about the status of translations.
Have you seen the directions about how to translate the website? Let us know if you have questions. A good place to start may be the news items for the homepage.

Just let me explain that the Portuguese version is not a human translation. It is the result of using babelfish automatic translator over the english page. That's why it is so weird.
Unfortunately I do not have time to help with the translation. I just take the time to ask Ezequias to try to make a PT version good both for Brazilians and Portugueses.

I can make at least the first page quite soon. I do not garantee that the people from Portugal could understand my translation.
After done you could choose to maintain the translation to both countries or put another link as Portuguese_Br
ps:I will make a better translation than babelfish but I do like very much babelfish too.
