It appears that the release for has a problem because when I try to download the file it says the file is only 2MB is this the correct version?

I compiled Inkscape successfully on Arch Linux yesterday. Nothing wrong with the default tarball.

Definitely not the right verion. I've removed it from the download page. Sorry for the inconvenience. We'll just have to wait patiently for the win32 packages.

Currently I have some bandwidth problems uploading the win32 packages. It will be done within 2 days.
If its done you will have: Inkscape-0.45-1.win32.7z the 7-zip compressed inkscape directory Inkscape-0.45-1.win32.zip the zip compressed inkscape directory Inkscape-0.45-1.win32.dbg.7z the 7-zip compressed inkscape debug files incl. debugger for error reports Inkscape-0.45-1.win32.exe the NSIS generated win32 installer
I doublechecked the 7z it is fine now.
