Hi all,
We had a good discussion about hiring a project administrator/manager at yesterday's PLC video meeting. A recording of the meeting can be found at:
https://digimedia1.r2.enst.fr/playback/presentation/2.3/80b082be7c60e7a1fd9b...
We've prepared a document describing what we expect an administrator to do and are asking for community feedback. We'll also ask other OpenSource projects to review the document to give us feedback based on their experiences. That document can be found at:
https://office.inkscape.org/nextcloud/index.php/apps/files/?dir=/&openfi...
The document should be editable so you can directly comment on it.

To clarrify; this document has ben shared with the Inkscape group on inkscape's nextcloud server. If you create an account to view this, please let an admin know so you can be added to the Inkscape group too.
This is the readonly link:

I will be sending out an email with the template to the people who need to contact our selected projects to outreach to. If you want to contact someone not on the list, please add that group to the list and you can optionally use the template if you're unsure of of what to say.
Best Regards, Martin Owens

So I seem to have access to edit it, but I don't see a comment feature. Do you want comments inline? Not sure what you're thinking there. This may be because I'm in the text editor for markdown files instead of the LibreOffice editor for odt files. But I couldn't figure out how to open an md file in LO so that I could use its review features. Ted
Using NextCloud is new to me so I don't have an answer about being able to edit the file in "comment" mode. Unless someone can tell us, why don't you just put your comments inline.
