Hi Felipe, thank you for your answer. It cleared things up.
Hi Miguel, I see. I have no idea what the devs would say about this but I think it could be nice to draw some attention to the possibility of extra cash to the project (in the possibility of existing a Inkscape-Gemini version) to help accelerate development of Inkscape in general. If that is feasible I would +1 for this.
Cheers,

It seems they're talking about owning a phone account in order to be able to join certain services.
If that's the case, then I strongly advise against proprietary services such as whatsapp, trello, slack, etc... And I would not advise using Telegram as well since the chat logs are not publicly indexed (unless someone does the job of setting up a bot specifically for that purpose).

Guys,
I read all the thread but was little bit confused: are we talking here about developing inskcape for mobile platforms (iOS and Android) or even better, for tablets (following more or less what Krita did with Gemini version? https://krita.org/en/download/krita-gemini/), or having a physical device, like a cell phone, to be part of 3rd party services?
Cheers,

I think not but dont find a free SIM provider with this name. Anyway we need to be sure we can catch the phone number in the future.
Cheers, Jabier.

Hi Martin! You undertand me bad, sure about my english. Im speaking Inkscape owns a SIM card to allow join in the growing ecosistem of mobile services that need a phone to work. Whatsapp, Telegram, Walapop, mobile specific services by some bussines...
This SIM can be hanled by one board member and dont need to accept calls but SMS. About the tablet is only because is more manegable than a phone to write.
For this thing, maybe a free trello account would be enough?
