I vote:
a a a
But I see three problems with this vote:
1. There is a typo in the first line of proposal 1. "Kiel" should be changed to "Pasadena".
2. The 1.a option requires a list of attendees but no list is given.
3. The limit of $2000 maybe a bit low for attendees from outside North America.

My bad. I'll correct both these errors and post a v2, although I suspect it won't alter the voting results.
- The limit of $2000 maybe a bit low for attendees from outside North
America.
Well, that's a fair point, but there's going to be a hackfest in Europe just a couple months after, that may be a more convenient and less expensive option for our European folks to select. But spot checking flights from heathrow or paris, and the nightly rate for the howard johnson, it looks if flights are booked early it may be possible to do a trip under $2000.

Background: ----------- The Conservancy has asked to know the names and email addresses of approved attendees. Many people do not yet know for certain if they can attend or if so for how long, but the list shows people who have expressed that they *might* be able to attend. This vote will authorize travel reimbursement for the if they do choose to come. Some of these people are local, or will have travel paid for by other entities, or will only need to travel within the US, so we expect that most attendees will require less than the $2000 cap. The list of people should be considered preliminary.
