Thanks Josh,
Pono, let's do 16:00, that's noon for us here in EST.
I'll put it on the calendar, we can use our BBB here unless Pono has an
alternative:

This is a tentative agenda for tomorrow:
* The right way to run meetings; sticking to agendas, having tasks,
making sure tasks get done.
* Should we rotate the meeting president (this is the person that
presides over the meeting, not a leadership thing)
* Setting regular meeting time. The frequency of meetings, announcing,
calendars, etc.
* Having a secretary who has a protocol of where to put recordings,
notes, transcripts and other important data so the whole community will
know. (I'm interested in doing this)
* How much responsibility should committee members have? How much work
should be expected for this position?
* And if we have time, we can practice vote: Rename "Inkscape Board"
to "Inkscape Committee" in all locations.
We'll probably talk about some other stuff. But let me know if there's
something urgent we should add/change in this list before tomorrow.
Thanks everyone!
Best Regards, Martin Owens
