The Inkscape manual (http://en.flossmanuals.net/inkscape) is very
nicely done, but I see no indication of the version it covers. Also,
the "Published" date (2011-10-05) was quite a while back.
Can anyone tell me the status of this document, where and how to
submit contributions (eg, errata), etc?
