Tonight the 0.38 release was made and CVS tagged. Congratulations everyone, this release embodies a great wealth of contributions from an impressive number of people, providing users with a significant advance over the previous release. http://www.inkscape.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?ReleaseNotes038 The 0.38 tarball is available on the SourceForge download page. Packagers may now use this to generate packages. Either post the files on SourceForge, or simply announce them here and ask an admin to post them. http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=93438 As before, we are allocating a few days for packaging before we make the official announcements, so that when the announce goes out, we have sufficient breadth of packages for interested users. With tonight's release, the feature freeze is finished, and so developers are encouraged to merge branches, apply patches, and set forth on new development as desired. Enjoy! Bryce

Hello there! I'm using the 4/04/2004 snapshot. For example, I have an image in the document. When I edit the image URL (say I set pic6.png instead of pic5.png), and then hit this "apply arrow" button, the image is not reloaded. Inkscape 0.37, it would reloan and how the updated image in this case. Now, I had to reload the whole SVG again and only then the image changed. Good luck! Arrow heads work in progress

Hi, I've just uploaded my arrow heads patch, which is incomplete, to the sf.net tracker. At the moment it behaves like this: 1. Add an arrow head to a line. Nothing happens. 2. Add another arrow head to the same line. The first arrow head appears. My limits for trying to follow C++-in-C have been reached for today ;-) Any insights would be welcome. Cheers Carl
