Hi, Here <https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/188814> is a partial fix of #188814: object carrying a turbulence are now tranfsormed correctly. (they used to become more transparent). I have been looking at other effects that do not render properly when transformed, but I need help about the code: can someone help me with "area_enlarge"? -is the area in display coordinates? -how to interpret the filter parameters (for instance scale for displacement map) in these coordinates? Inkscape 0.46 Branched - Hard Freeze

Hi all, The codebase has been branched, and we're now in the hard freeze period of the release. This release branch can be checked out via the command: svn checkout https://inkscape.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/inkscape/inkscape/branches/REL… inkscape-0.46-branch Please note that since we're now at Hard Freeze, changes to the release branch are at release warden discretion - please contact Josh Andler or I for any patches needing to be incorporated into the release. PDF, CMYK and cairo

Hello all, I was looking at the cairo-pdf export code and wondered how hard it would be to output PDFs in CMYK(a) colorspace ? From what I've seen it shoudl be fairly easy on inkscape side. However the status of CMYK(a) support in Cairo looks unclear to me (found some references in cairo ML but nothing in the actual cairo headers, + a ruby (?) implementation for it). Does anyone have a some knowledge / pointers on that ?

Color management in win32

Could someone explain how to use new color management in Windows? I'm really not an expert on this, but as far as I understand the "color management profile" should be saved in some ICC file. In GIMP for example you have an option to load ICC profile from the file on the disk, but there is no such option in Inkscape. At least not in Windows build. So where the profile is suppose to be taken from? Thanks for the explanation :) Best regards, Rok

Hi Folks, Some time ago, I looked into adding a feature to 'pstricks' output to /not/ convert fonts to paths. I failed to make progress on that, so have tackled the problem using an extension (attached).
