Hello, I'd really like to provide translated versions of the 0.47 about screen and I have decided that I'd like to use the nice handwriting style font used in previous screens instead of the one I used originally (this was In fact my original plan). Does anyone know what the font is called and where to get it? I'm assuming it's free to use for this purpose... /Johan (a.k.a "sko")

Hey guys, I decided to post this as a new topic rather than taking the InkscapeForum.org one further off-topic. I've pretty much finished my theme for the website, and it's available for viewing at http://inkscape.chrismorgan.info/. I'll be setting up content as I get to it (i.e. soon). Other theme submissions are welcome, email them to me and I can set them up there. Josh Andler said he would talk to Ian about getting me Drupal access on inkscape.org - I don't know who Ian is or anything about that, but it could help with testing :-). I'm happy to work with it on my server though, it can be transferred without much trouble. Unless I hear about a inkscape.org-hosted Drupal site very soon I'll just continue working on my copy. If you don't know, I run www.inkscapeforum.com--a relatively successful phpBB forum for Inkscape users. I created the forum because I knew there was demand and at the time I knew I could devote a lot of time to make it successful. But I was never fond of the idea that a single person would have ownership of the data accumulated from the community. I wanted to offer ownership of the forum to Inkscape.org. Ideally this only needs to go as far as knowing that if I were hit by a bus, someone could step in and take over. I don't know how things are ran on the inkscape.org site, but I would be offering the entire setup to be hosted by inkscape.org (if possible). I would happily continue to moderate, and administer the board if appropriate access were given. And I would redirect inkscapeforum.com to the new domain, or change it's name servers. Anyway, discussion open. Would Inkscape.org be interested in adopting the forum? Save As option?

I missed the discussion of this new option but, honestly, I don't understand it from the tooltip and the Release Notes (which I edited some, but still). What is "current working directory"? For an average Windows user this does not make much sense I guess. They just click icons. Can you explain it in more functional terms? The tooltip explains what happens for previously saved or not saved documents. But both these are for this checkbox on, right? What if it is off? -- bulia byak Inkscape. Aurium (and EVERYONE else), People who do not have explicit permission to commit right now need to please respect the rules during release and NOT make commits until the announcement has been made that trunk has opened up again for general development. Aurium, I am going to back out your recent change (not the Authors one) as we are beyond Feature freeze & in String freeze. Cheers, Josh

Changed a string

Hello Translators, I am so sorry to have to tell you that I had to change a string during String Freeze as it was not clear enough in English. Again, it relates to the Save page in preferences. Given that this happened we will give you all a few extra days for translations. It would be great if the translations could be completed by next Wednesday. Cheers, Josh

archutil error in win build?

When I try to build the latest svn (22396) under 32-bit windows, I get an error - Make error line 413: executeCommand : could not create process : the system cannot find the file specified. Make error line 413: <staticlib> problem: When I look at the build.xml file, line 413 says - <staticlib command="${archutil}ar crsv" file="${build}/libinkscape.a"> I was going to change the value of archutil but I am not sure what it should be set to? Currently it is set to - <property name="archutil" value=""/> Any ideas?
