Potential change of venue for Board meetings

Hey folks. In order to collect discussions that are related to Inkscape's
internal processes, ethics and policies, we've been kinking the idea around
for a RocketChat Channel #board_room, which will be a place to house not
only our board meetings, but also conversations that need the board's
attention. Reasoning for this is:
1. To make it easy for board members to see conversation which is relevant
to decisions the board will have to make, all in one place.
2. To keep the #team_devel channel for code development matters.
3. To keep other channels such as #team_vectors uncluttered
4. To allow project members who wish to participate in the discussion a
place where their points are likely to be seen by board members (to reduce
having to explain nuanced conversation again)
Thus this new channel will be a digest for board members to scan through
and see board-related matters before and after board meetings.
This room would be open to everyone in the project just as board meetings
have always been.

New contribution/funding pages

Dear board,
I've put together the pages which are linked from our new welcome
screen. They are there to encourage more of our users to contribute to
the project and know how they might be able to make Inkscape better.
The first is the contribute time page:

I've tried to encapsulate where we are as a project on funding
developers and what advice we've been given from the SFC. While it
makes me sad that we can't seem to fund developers directly or event
give links to users who want to fund developers, I understand the
reasons.
Since this is an important topic I'd like for the board to review the
pages, and the wording. Once I've got the pages to a place where
everything is satisfied, I'll send the SFC an FYI email with the links
so they know what we're saying about funding.
Does this seem like a reasonable plan?

Board Meeting Delayed until Apr 9th

Howdy Folks,
Asked in chat if we wanted to delay because it's Easter Holiday for much of Europe — didn't get many responses so I'm taking that as "we're already gone." Let's move the meeting to April 9th. Those who have the day off work, enjoy it!
