Windows 11 - Export file (svg,pdf, png,...) in CMYK

Good morning everyone, I need to export files with CMYK color profile. How can I do this with Inkscape? Is there any extension compatible with Windows 10-11? Do you recommend any external program? can import image default to location of the file?

I open an svg from the command line and select File -> Import which defaults to a directory I haven't worked in lately and I have to browse to get an image in the directory the svg is in. Is this unexpected? is it configurable? Thanks, Kent
