Hi, I have selected a piece of text (Canalones Bastimar) to choose another font but the lines become like this: Is the same for you? The types are Futura Light and Futura Normal. Any idea? 0.48 Javi

Using Braille labels in inkscape

I bought the book "Inkscape 0.48 Essentials for Web Designers." Unfortunately the boook is light on worked examples. Does anyone here care to post the url of a site using Inkscape, either for main pages or for embedded svg images in an html page? Incidentally Chapter 23 of Tavmong Bah's manual has more useful infomration on this subject then the entire book that I bought, referenced in the first sentence. Live and learn. Redistribute text after changing the width of the text area

Hi, when I change the width of a text area, the letters become widther also... Is there any way to just redistribute the text instead? 0.48 Javi

Is there any way to see in real time the rendered text?

Hi, I mean, I have a selected text, I would like to see the effect of the different fonts of the list that there is in the upper left corner going down in the list one by one with the cursor, instead of clicking on them to see the result. Do you understand me?? :) Javi 0.48

Will the latest version of Inkscape read and process all files created by earlier versions?
