Yoshimi is a FLOSS soft-synth that is in need of a start-up splash image. The project page that includes a copy of the desktop icon is: http://sourceforge.net/projects/yoshimi/?source=directory A bit of history and information about how the name came about is: http://yoshimi.sourceforge.net/ My first thought was something along the lines of Yoshimi throwing various musical symbols at the robots cowering in the corner, but am open to any other ideas. People, I have been using Inkscape for years (not heavily) and love it but there is a minor thing that I always thought should be changed: I think the Save button should grey out when a save has been made - then a glance will tell you whether any changes have been made or not.
