bug? tspan in PNG export

Hello all, I am new to Inkscape and wonder if what follows is a known bug, or an error of mine. I'm running Inkscape 0.92.4 on Linux Debian 4, so it may well have long been fixed. Consider this file: <!DOCTYPE svg PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD SVG 1.1//EN" "http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/1.1/DTD/svg11.dtd"> <svg width="100mm" height="100mm" version="1.1" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" viewBox="0 0 100 100"> <text> <tspan x="10" y="20" fill="red">123</tspan> <tspan x="10" y="20" fill="blue">321</tspan> </text> <text x="10" y="40" fill="red">123</text> <text x="10" y="40" fill="blue">321</text> </svg> When I open it in Inkscape, it correctly shows two lines with a blue 321 on top of a red 123. When I export it to PNG, the first line appears with the red 123 on top of the blue 321, as if the tspan's had been processed in reverse order. (The second line, without tspan's, remains correct.) Is anyone else having problems with moving figures to top, up in a layer, down in a layer, or to bottom. Let's say we create two circles, with different interior colors (red and yellow) that overlap like a Venn diagram. The circle on top determines the color of the common area. Try to move the circle on top to the bottom, or the circle on the bottom to the top, changing the color of the common area. It doesn't seem to work?

Actual object contents are somehow not within parent selection boxes, how to fix?

I've attached a svg logo I originally got from some web site. I've attached it. Unfortunately it seems pretty broken in that the actual contents of a lot of the contained objects don't seem to be within the bounding boxes of their containing objects. I've found that if I more the right sub-objects around I can get them back withing the bounds of their parents (e.g. by putting g42->svg40->g38->g36 I can get it into the bounding box of g42. But of course fixing the entire thing this way would be really painful and might still not really be correct. Is this thing really valid to begin with? Is there any good systematic way to fix it? make original selection dialog show up again

I rebuilt inkscape and the first couple times what looked like some sort of original setup dialog showed up. I wanted to look at it and consider the options it offers but now it doesn't show up again. How can I make it reappear? Thanks, Britton

Windows 11 - Export file (svg,pdf, png,...) in CMYK

Good morning everyone, I need to export files with CMYK color profile. How can I do this with Inkscape? Is there any extension compatible with Windows 10-11? Do you recommend any external program?
