Hi everyone! It's great to see the number of untranslated pages melt in the early sunshine I have one big favour to ask from all of you: Please tell us, when you accidentally deleted or modified contents in other languages (or in their drafts). Our little team is built on trust, and it's important that we don't keep silent about accidents, so they can quickly be repaired. If something happened, and you don't want to send that to the list, that's okay, just send Martin Owens (the website admin) and/or me an email. If you are a translator for Spanish, don't forget to stop by the etherpad page Jabier started, so the document about funded development can be translated into Spanish: https://etherpad.wikimedia.org/p/7250FdjxDT (there's less than a fifth of the text left) And everyone, keep on looking for changes to the pages in the Download menu - the Linux section still undergoes some changes as the different distros add Inkscape 0.91 to their official repositories. Also, the Mac OS X section has received an update with a second package for older versions of OS/X. Kind regards, Maren

Website: Bug Warning

Hi everyone, in light of recent events, I'd like to remind everyone that it may cause problems for the website if the 'Undo', 'Revert' and 'History' functionalities are used. Unfortunately, those are buggy, and can cause severe problems (for example, today, the About page and submenus were broken for all languages). The bug is reported, but not repaired yet - so for the time being, we all need to take extra care that we edit the correct pages, and that we always double-check what we are translating before we save and publish. If an accident happens, and you don't know how to repair it, please ask :) I hope we can overcome those challenges together (sorry for sounding like a PR person - I really mean this! I know it's not trivial.). The good news is that the About page is back online, and one English draft page is completely in English again. And, of course, that thanks to all your work, a lot of translations have recently been added to the website :D Thank you all, Regards, Maren

Hi Egor, I reported that bug to the django-cms people already (and several more bugs ;)). I hope it will make it into their next version. To copy everything from English, you can also select 'Structure' (instead of Contents) at the top, and copy by using the icon at the far right of the top bar. See screenshot. For pages which already have a partial translation, you can copy the new parts from the published English page (from the normal browser view, not the source) and insert them in the editor (in normal mode, not in source mode).
