Website: use normal login with password instead of social login

Dear website translators, with the help of Martin and Duarte we were able to find out the cause for the auto-logout while editing the website. Turns out it's linked to using the social logins via g+/fb/twitter/yahoo. Until the problem will be solved (which will presumably be when the next version of the website will be live), please use the normal login via username/password for your translation work, so you won't run the risk of loosing your work. Website: New News (about SVG standardization work donation campaign)

[PATCH] Minor typos in the trunk code

Website: Budget 2015 updated

Dear fellow website translators, the budget page (https://inkscape.org/en/about/governance/budget_2015) has been updated with current numbers :) As the table has changed quite a bit, instead of updating your page manually by editing the changes in, it's probably faster to do a 'copy all plugins from English' and to edit those in place.
