I continued my work on Romanian translation (master branch) and needed
to check what I have done for now.
I installed a recent Win32 development package, but the program does
not start, asking about libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll file. It appears it has to
do with gcc-mingw32, but I am not used with programming tools.
Where from can I get that file ?
