Hi Yoseph,
whenever you notice that the server is down, please notify Marc (Mc) in
the developer chat. Otherwise, it will not get fixed.

I'm not able to merge to inkscape/inkscape, though, so you will need to
wait until someone else has time to dedicate to this.
For informational purposes, I think it could help to add a screenshot of
the translated interface or a percentage of how much is translated already.
