Updated .pot file for 0.92

Hi all, it seems we're getting closer and closer to the 0.92 release (Bryce just tagged 0.92pre3). In order to give everybody the possibility to translate the latest strings, too, I just updated the inkscape.pot file again and additionally synced all *.po files [1]. You can check out the /po directory [2] to see the latest files and see if you covered all the latest strings. There are two notable changes: * Two additional LPEs ("Rotate copies" and "Mirror symmetry") are now included in translations that were missed before. * As you might have heard Tavmjong did some UI changes for mesh gradients and backported some fixes that introduced new strings, too. Website: Getting Started page updated/ Branding / Contests page

Dear website translators, to account for the usage of cmake, and to help Linux users compile Inkscape for different directories, the Getting Started page was updated. http://inkscape.org/en/develop/getting-started/ (section about Building on Linux, with subsections). On the devel list, I've asked for someone to help with updating the Win / OS X sections, and wanted to wait before I ask for your translation help, but I guess that will take a while, or might need further, more direct prodding, so we can have the website ready for 0.92 in time. Also, a Branding page was added, so all the materials needed for contests (About screen, or T-Shirt, etc.) are available in one location: http://www.inkscape.org/en/about/branding/ And a link to the new page was added to the About Screen Contest page: https://inkscape.org/en/community/about-screen-contests/ (and the link to the logo now goes to the branding page, so people get to see all variants). Localization Tool

Hi guys, My name is Yaron and I haven't contributed to his magnificent tool in very long years. I went through the documentation and saw that we're in 2016 and the translators still need to download the files and translate them manually. I want to suggest an open source translation hosting and application called WebLate by Michal Cihar (The creator of Wammu/Gammu for those who remember). This system is tightly integrated with the VCS, and the most important part: it supports Bazaar. This is the web address: http://www.weblate.org Michal is very kind and I really like working with WebLate.
