I'm a new translator

Dear Inkscape Translators, My name is Bobur. I really like the capabilities of Inkscape. I'm particularly interested in expanding the languages available in Inkscape. I would like to contribute to the translation of Inkscape into Uzbek. Making Inkscape available in Uzbek would be a dream come true for me. I hope you will allow me to work on this project.

Hello, I'm ltlnx (as you may know), who helped translate and refine a part of Inkscape Traditional Chinese translations for 1.3.1. If I may, I'd like to seek approval edit rights on the website, to translate content there, too. I've just made an MR[1] to the website's Django CMS translations, however most of the site content translations seem to happen on the web interface, so approval will be much appreciated.
