Hi, Do media/art/etc. box translations show up for anyone else in GUI. Here for me they don't, though translation are actually present. And does "Normal" contextual separation work for anyone else? Alexandre

Spanish translation

Hi, A few days ago I created a bug report and uploaded a new po file for the spanish language: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/191925 I'm afraid it will get outdated if it doesn't get committed soon. I've just added a few new strings in ui/widget/panel.cpp They are for the swatches to have a submenu for changing the shape of the swatches being shown.

Heya all, In reviewing the currently milestoned bugs for 0.46, I notice there's several about translation: 192359 Untranslatable tools verbs 169127 Incorrect Finnish translation 182209 translation tutorial basic to Simplified Chinese(zh_CN) 187575 Turkish Translation 188531 simplified chinese translation of tutorial shape 192540 Tutorial advanced translation of simplified Chinese(zh_CN) Could someone review these, and either apply the fixes or give me a thumbs up so I can go ahead and apply them? Hi all, first, proposal change font family comercial 'Draw Freely' for font family Free/GPL/PD. https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/192399 Actual: http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/paratype/pushkin/ change for: http://www.dafont.com/excellentia-in-exce.font?nb_ppp=50&l[]=10&l[]=1&text=…. use Ctrl+L to simplify nodes/dots. --- second, proposal in ./share/screens/about.svg and others... to create a deep model of and only importing the translation. see: ./about.pt_BR.svg ( 12k ) translator ./about.en.svg ( 12k ) translator ./about.de.svg ( 12k ) translator ... ./background.svg ( 155k ) bg model and not: about.pt_BR.svg ( 180k ) about.de.svg ( 180k ) about.es.svg ( 180k ) ... my English is horrible. New Translation

Hi All, I'll start Arabic translation for inkscape tomorrow, but before start translation process I would like to be sure that my starting point is correct. I've downloaded latest SVN code from "inkscape/trunk" folder, but I noticed that there are many folders in SVN one of them called "inkscape_project", so I'm asking you if my downloaded folder is the correct one? another thing: I noticed that there aren't "pot" file for translations!, I found "po" files only?!, so is translation process must starting from "po" file like "en_GB.po"? -- Best Regards تحياتي Muhammad Bashir Al-Noimi محمد بشير النعيمي My Blog مدونتي http://mbnoimi.net/
