1.4.x branch available now for translation

Hi all, the 1.4.x branch of Inkscape for the upcoming 1.4 version is now available for you to work on. Note that there's an odd symbol set currently included that adds 112 strings that do not make any sense. You can ignore those. Examples given at https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/-/issues/4759 . Hello there! I recently started using inkscape as part of a learning process for a course I'm taking and as a beginner I find it extremely easy to use and as I can't contribute in any other way I'd like to be a part of the translation team for Portuguese-PT. I read a few articles about what's possible and how to do it; I feel that sending you an e-mail stating that I'm not a person that knows a lot of git processes etc would help you help me understand where I can be of more use. I wouldn't mind helping translate articles or news, maybe that's easier to start with. I can also translate other stuff from the interface itself but I'm not sure I understood how to post it aftwerwards or even how to collect/download the files to start translating. Hello, I'm ltlnx (as you may know), who helped translate and refine a part of Inkscape Traditional Chinese translations for 1.3.1. If I may, I'd like to seek approval edit rights on the website, to translate content there, too. I've just made an MR[1] to the website's Django CMS translations, however most of the site content translations seem to happen on the web interface, so approval will be much appreciated.
